The best risotto with ossobuco! A fantastic and sensational experience! Very clean and well-maintained place, friendly and professional staff. However, what impressed me the most is the kitchen. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, especially their kitchen's "signature dish," the risotto with ossobuco, the best I have ever had. Kudos to the chef!

Best restaurant in Varese I've tried so far! November 2024 One of the best places to eat in Varese! Modern venue, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and setup. Beautiful place, both for the location and the varied and very special menu. Fresh and delicious food. Well-crafted dishes. We had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, a young guy but passionate about his work, available, friendly, and he gave us really good recommendations. As an appetizer, they offered us a saffron potato bite filled with homemade tuna sauce (even the mayonnaise is made by them). For fans of pasta a bit al dente, I recommend the calamarata, while for desserts you must absolutely try the dark chocolate mousse with cherry soup, you won't regret it.

Flawless evening: Beautiful, elegant, and clean venue with an open kitchen. Precise service, very friendly but not the least bit intrusive. The owner, Roberto, perfectly combines professionalism and friendliness. Both the chef's entrees and the appetizers were excellent. Even the iconic ossobuco risotto did not disappoint in the least. To conclude, desserts were very well-balanced in flavors and also very aesthetically pleasing. The bill was fair for the high quality of the products and their respective preparation. 5 stars absolutely deserved.
