A story of passion and cuisine

Ristorante Ossobuco opened in Varese in November 2021, inspired by Roberto Monti, already a familiar name on the city’s dining scene thanks to Vitamina Cafè. The restaurant took shape on the first floor of the same building on Viale Europa, with the aim of creating a new dining destination devoted to celebrating Lombard cuisine. A new business venture, born from a desire to combine experience in the restaurant industry with a distinctive culinary offering.

Roberto Monti and chef Andrea Bergomi had the opportunity to talk about the restaurant and share their approach to culinary tradition with the audience. The experience introduced Ossobuco to viewers beyond Varese, bringing the passion behind its daily work in front of the cameras.
